1. Personal data controller
The personal data controller is SIA "GoodDay Nations", which operates under the trade name Eruditio Center for Lifelong Learning:

In this policy SIA "GoodDay Nations" is referred to as "we", and the data subject is addressed as "you".
2. What personal data we process
Depending on the service you use, we process the following categories of data:
- given name and surname;
- email address and phone number;
- information about the application, the chosen service and participation in it;
- data needed to perform and record payment, including payment status and transaction information;
- technical identifiers, including IP address, device and browser information and cookie identifiers.
If the specific online class is to be recorded, we inform you of that before registration and again before the recording starts. The participant is not required to turn on a camera or microphone, and appearing in the recording is not a condition of receiving the service. In the recording, attention is focused on the instructor and presentation materials, as far as possible not including participants' image or voice. Access to the recording is limited to participants of the relevant course.
The employee responsible for the relevant course schedules and manually deletes the recording no later than six months after completion of the course. Deletion is not automatic.
The lawful basis for recording is the participant's consent. Before registration and again before the recording starts, we inform you that the class is being recorded. On the online platform, the participant confirms the recording in accordance with the confirmation requested by the platform. Camera and microphone are not mandatory, and appearing in the recording is not a condition of receiving the service. Consent may be withdrawn by writing to hello@eruditio.lv; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal of consent.
4. Payment processing
Payment processing is provided by the makecommerce.lv payment platform, therefore our company transfers the personal data needed to perform the payment to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.
The payment platform is available at makecommerce.lv. Bank-link payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We transfer to these service providers only the personal data needed to perform the payment.
5. Recipients of personal data
We transfer the personal data needed to perform payments to the payment service providers indicated in section 4. We may transfer other personal data to service providers only for the provision of the relevant service.

This table lists the service providers we use to provide the website, payments, communications, recordings and diagnostics. Zoom, Google Classroom and Sentry are not currently used as processors of this website. Kit is not used.
6. Personal data retention periods
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose and for compliance with legal obligations.

7. Transfer of personal data outside the European Union and the European Economic Area
Some recipients may process personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Resend's data processing agreement provides for the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for such a transfer. For other recipients, the processing country and the specific Chapter V GDPR mechanism are not stated in this text, because they have not been confirmed for each recipient.
8. Your rights
In accordance with applicable personal-data-protection law, you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data and receive a copy of it;
- request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of data where a legal basis exists;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where applicable, transmit it to another controller;
- withdraw consent to processing based on consent at any time.
Individual rights may be limited in the cases laid down by law. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the grounds for refusal.
9. How to exercise your rights
Send a request to hello@eruditio.lv or by post to Valērijas Seiles iela 1 k-4, Rīga, LV-1019. To protect your data, we may ask for information needed to verify your identity.
We reply to a request without undue delay and in any event within one month of receiving it. If necessary, we may extend this period by no more than two further months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests; we inform you of the extension and its reasons within the first month. This is the data-subject request period, not the consumer-complaint examination period provided for in the terms of use. Article 12(3) GDPR.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
If you consider that the processing of personal data infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate.
